GOULSBRO APPEALS. Six Months' Suspension — Conference to Hear Case. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. An appeal by the jockey C. G. Goulsbro against the decision of the Wanganui District Committee confirming his six months' disqualification was lodged with the New Zealand Racing Conference to-day, and will probably be heard in the next fortnight. The appeal by S. Anderson against the decision of the executive committee suspending his riding license for the remainder of the season will be heard on Tuesday evening.
