Speer. secretary of the Auckland Electric Tower Board, "and returning officer, said that "tickets" were widely ci;\-xi-lated prior to the election. Some were brought to the Power Boards office without anv authority from the board, and left there. On being found they were immediately removed and destroyed. Instructions were given tn officials to destroy anv -'tickets -7 brought into the polling booths and left there—Ed]
