PETTY THEFTS.

TWO PREMISES ENTERED. Thieves were active in Auckland again last night when they entered the Epsom Public Library, also premises in Kliyber Pass Road. The sum of 10/ was taken from a cash box in the office of the Epsom Public Library, entrance being gained by forcing the catch of the window giving entrance to the children's department. The glass panel of a door was broken in order to enter the office. The previous night the Grey Lynn Public Library was entered, the safe being opened and a small sum of money being taken, as well as a buncli of keys. Breaking into premises occupied by Grace Brothers, Ltd., home furnishers, 3, Khyber Pass Road, thieves ransacked the office and departed with a small sum of money.
