hot Reported Uncovered In Soviet Forces. ARRESTS AND EXECUTIONS. CReceived 2 p.m.) HELSINKI, May 20. The newspaper "Uusi Suomi" announces the discovery of a plot in the Soviet Army and Air Force to overthrow MM. Stalin and VorosliilofF, leading to many arrests in Leningrad, Kieff and Rostoff. It also resulted in the shooting of M. Rogoff, the well-known pilot, M. Baboshin, an aerodrome commander, and M. Ladin, defence official, after a courtmartial.
