PERSONAL.
Mr. Justice Reed will leave Wellinjrton on Monday to preside over the Supreme Court sessions at Napier, after which he will go to Gisborne. Lieutenant F. M. Berncastle. of London, formerly attached to H.M.S. Kellett, has arrived in the Dominion to join the survey ship Endeavour at Auckland. Mr. H. C. Gregory, manager of the Newmarket branch of the Commercial Bank of Australia, Limited, for the past four years, has received advice of his promotion to the management of the Napier branch of the bank.
