It was therefore in the interests of intending applicants to I have their applications lodged without delay. While the houses are not fo* sale and would be let on a weekly basis, tenants would be assured of permanency of possession, subject to compliance with "the conditions of the tenancy. He added that there were no income restrictions 1 and any person was eligible to apply.
