QUEEN MARY'S LIFE.
WRITTEN BY HERSELF. PRINTED IN SECRET. DEPOSITED AT BRITISH MUSEUM. (By Air Mail.) ' LONDON, April 23. Queen Mary, it is understood, has written her autobiography. After the death of King George V., Queen Mary undertook the task of writing her life story as a solace for her grief.
The autobiography contains scores of Queen Mary's private letters, as well as documents relating to the Royal Family. The Royal autobiography has already been printed. Only a few copies have been struck off by a famous Press. Queen Mary's manuscript, sealed with' her own seal, was taken to the printers secretly in charge of an escort of Guards. Only a handful of trusted craftsmen were allowed to see the manuscript as it passed through the press. The same escort brought the printed copies back to London. There they were placed in the confidential care of the British Museum authorities. They lie now in a vault at the museum. No member of the public will be able to read Queen Mary's own life story during her lifetime.
