"Whatever intentions this man mav have in doing this grossly indecent and offensive thins*, it is quite inexcusable" said Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., in the , Magistrate's Court to-day in convicting Ernest Samuel French for leaving an indecent document on premises occupied by another person. French was fined £25, in default two months , imprisonment. '
