YOUNG MAN REMANDED.

That he did break and enter the dwelling of Joseph Varney, at Hamilton, on April 30, and steal jewellery of a total value of £49 10/, was the charge brought against Charles Arthur William Hanson aged 24, in the Police Court to-day. Detective-Ser-geant McHugh obtained a remand until 'May 26.
