SOCIAL AND DANCE.
GOOD COMPANIONS. A successful dance was held in the Fabian Clubrooms last night by the Good Companions. The hall was attractively decorated for the occasion and there was a large number of visitors and members present. The guests were welcomed by the president, Mr. C. Russell, and the committee responsible for the evening's* arrangements were: 'Mrs. Fraser, Mrs. MeCune. Mrs. Hnokshoppe, Mrs. Sutcliffe, Mrs. Graham, Miss Jean Sutcliffe and Miss Mutch. -' During the evening musical items, were given by Mrs. Green. Misses Hewitt and Green and Messrs. Neil Mack, Walters, Wright and Andrew. Among those present were: Mesdames Hill, Wilson, Brown, Dickens, Griffiths. Burton, C. Johnston," Smith, L. Richards, McDonald, Fredan and Picknell.
