BETTER LANDING FACILITIES.—The new landing stage for flying boat passengers, which connects the special raft with the new docks now in use at Southampton. Under this scheme passengers will be brought within three hundred feel of the shore, instead of leav ing the machine off Hylhe and being brought to the docks by speed boat. Passengers coming ashore from the flying boat Circe at Southampton.
