FITNESS CAMPAIGN. (By Telegraph.—Pr*ss Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. The first meeting of the National Council appointed under the Physical Welfare and. Recreation Act will be held at Parliament House on May 24, the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry, eaid to-day. One of its first undertakings would be a thorough survey of the existing tacilities for sport and recreation, and future requirements. The Minister eaid he felt that with the eplrit and keermese permeating the council's personnel there would not be a delay in reaching that stage of their duties.
