It now sliows a useful . premium over the suaranteed price paid to the farmer by the (ioveinment. which is equivalent to 112/ per cwl landed in London. The advance is attributed to reported declines in , production in Australia. New Zealand and Kuiope. The drop in cheese has brought prices >' close to the guarantee, which is equiva- -, lent to 67/ per cwt landed in London. While butter is IS, (i per cwt higher than 1 a year ajro. cheese is 2/3 lower.
