REMARKABLE SEASON.

DEANNA DURBIN AT REGENT. Still experiencing a most remarkable season, "Mad About Music" attracts large audiences to the Regent Theatre. The leading light, of course, is the little iavourite Deanna Durbin, in her third starring attraction. Her singing, as usual is magnificent, and a feature of the production is the sequence in which she sings Gounod's "Ave Maria," the accompaniment being provided by the famous Viennese Boys' Choir. Deanna is also heard m several lighter numbers Xext . in importance to Mies Durbin in the cast list is Herbert Marshall, and others with' ■ important parts are Arthur Treacher and • G ,ail Patrick. In the development of the plot Deanna is a pupil at a Swiss girls' school, with no father, and separated from ' her actress mother. She invents a fatherto boast about at school, and when asked , to produce him she adopts a travelling bachelor (Marshall).
