AMBULANCE STATION.
PROPOSAL FOR HAMILTON. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. A motion empowering the executive to discuss with the Auckland executive the question of the early erection of an ambulance station at "Hamilton was passed at a general meeting of the St. .John Ambulance Association here last evening. The difficulties encountered in raising sufficient funds locally were discussed. The organiser. Mr. "C. Hunt. said that a direct appeal had realised ■CI l")i). and in addition t'loo had come from the Nuffield Fund. While the Hamilton appeal was good, that from the country was distinctly poor.
