FATALITY ON STEAMER.
WATERSIDER HIT BY BOX. (By Tele.crmph.—Press Association.) CHRTSTC'HURCH. Monday. When a butter box weighing HOlb fell on hie head while he was working on a ship at Lyttelton this morning. Mr. . Mister William Chisholni, aged 32 years, of Ricearton, suffered a fractured skull. He was admitted to tlie Christchurch public hospital and died this afternoon. Mr. Ohisholm was working in the hold of the Shaw Savill and Albion Company's vessel Tainui. The butter box. which slipped otr a trav, fell about :{(> feet.
