DOGS WORRY SHEEP.

(From Our Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, Monday. Sheep worrying by stray dogs hae been reported from the Upper Waiotahi Valley, where much trouble and lose has been 'experienced by one eheepfarmer. About 10 eheep were killed and 23 others were badly mangled. Many of the latter had to be killed, owing to the injuries that had been inflicted by the dogs. Cattle worrying has been reported in the borough, but the owner of the stock wae able to shoot the doge. One, an Alsatian, however, made ite escape.
