COMET FLJES OVER NELSON. A Preeg Association message from Nelson states that the Comet later appeared from the cloude over Neteon and circled the city two or three times, then proceeding over Port Nelson, the Waimeas, Moutere, Neudorf, where Flying-Officer Ckraston's parente live, and Moiueka, where the flyer was born. Farewelle were waved, and the machine dipped its wings in salute and disappeared in a northerly direction on its long flight to Sydney.
