DEFENCE OF FRANCE.
Bill for Organisation of Nation for War. EVERYBODY MUST HELP. (Received 2 p.m.) PARIS. March 20. The Chamber of Deputies on March 22 will hold a debate on a bill for ifjnipleting the organisation of the nation in wartime. This provides for the mobilisation of the fighting forces by the co-operation of the civil and military authorities under a single war command, the mobilisation of industry under a Minister specially appointed, and mobilisation for defence against aircraft. The underlying principles of the bill are that everything and everybody must aid in the defence of the nation, and a war must not be a source of profits.
