COST TO LOCAL BODIES. (From Our Correspondent.) PUKEKOHE, Saturday. While under the new scale of cumtributions which the Director-General of Health. Dr. M. H. Watt, has approved. some local bodies in the Auckland Cent tral and Thames-Tauranga districts are . to pay more than at present towards the cost of the district health inspectors, the Pukekohe Borough Council will ]>ay ; less. It has received advice that its conI trihution will be reduced from £72 a year to £50 3/10.
