Mr. W. J. Lyon. M.P., will leave for Wellington by the Limited express this evening. Mr. J. M. A. liott, of Wellington, will leave by the Aorangi for Vancouver to-morrow. Captain B. H. Edkin. of Kerikeri. arrived by the limited express froni Wellington this morning. Mr. A'. Salek arrived by the Aorangi from Sydney, where he has ■ been competinp in the X'.S.W. deep-tea fishing content. Mr. Herbert Staton. formerly of the Auckland and Wellington branches of an Australasian advertising agency, has been appointed Dune-din manager for the company. Mr. R. de B. Aoliworth, who left Christchurch for England in December, lias been appointed to the research staff of Imperial Chemical Industries at Manchester. He was educated at Christ's. College and Canterbury University College. The Rev. Father Owen Dudley, Superior of the Catholic Missionary Society, of England, who is lecturing in Xew Zealand, spent the week-end in Hamilton. He will go to Tauranga to-morrow, thence to Xapier. Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Sahu Khan will leaves for Fiji by the Aorangi to-morrow. Mr. Saha- Khan, who i≤ clerk of the Court in the Fijian Civil Service, has been touring Xew Zealand for the last seventeen months, accompanied by his wife. \
