BRITAIN'S DAVIS CUP TEAM. LONDON, March 20. The English tennis player H. W. Austin lias decided not to participate in the Davis Cup competition. He says he can no longer undertake the special training and travel involved. Austin, who is Great Britain's leading player, has represented his country in Davis Cup matches eince 1929. helping to regain the cup in 1933. America is the present holder of the trophy.
