The- international Rugby match between Scotland and Kngland played at Twickenham on Saturday was won by Scotland by 2\ points, to 16. There was a record crowd of 70.000. The King and Queen were interested spectators. Scotland by defeating Wales. Treland and England (last year's champion country) won the Rugby championship. Queen Elizabeth is the first English Queen to witness a Rnjjlii- international match. She was obviousiy delighted at her countrymen's success. This was due largely to the failure of the British threequarters who dropped too many passes.
