Out With Your Paints or Crayons — Twenty-four Prizes for Young Artists Here's a painting competition that is Just inviting young artists to ««* to work with, their paint brushes or crayons. It is delightfully simple and will make a very pretty picture. Now, alt you young readers, Peter Pan is expecting the very best from you in this happy autumn time. The tinies who have just started school and have been drawing rosy apples and juicy pears for teacher will love this competition. You must all try to make it the very best of painting competitions.
