SIR J. CARROLL MEMORIAL.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) HASTINGS, Monday. The Governor-General, •Viscount Galway, will officially open the Sir James Carroll Memorial Meeting House,, now being built at the Teuhi Pa, near Wairoa. This is the building about which rumours of tapu have caused much interest amoqg Hawke's Bay Maoris.
