Judgment for the plaintiff for £470 \/'l, with costs, was given by Mr. Justire O'Kegim in a reserved decision in a cane beard in the; Arbitration Court at Napier on February 17. The cane was one in which Tin mas William Barry, a jm worker, of Xapier, elaiined compensation from the Napier linn Company. Ltd., for permanent and total disablement received in the employ of the company.
