TRAFFIC PROBLEM.
NEW HAMILTON REGULATIONS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, thie day. In an effort to alleviate the traffic problem in Victoria Street, the Borough Council from to-day will enforce new traffic regulations banning motor vehicles from turning in the etreet between Hood and Bryce Streete. Large notices for the guidance of motorists appeared in the middle of the street to-day.
