FOR SENTENCE.

FARM HAND'S ADMISSION. A farm labourer, Malcolm Neeley (24), appeared in the l'olicc Court yesterday before Messrs. J. B. Paterson and Thomas Farrell, J.P.'s, charged with unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl over the age of 12 and under 10 years, at Kaipara Flats on August 15 last. Accused, for whom Mr. Noble appeared, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail, in a surety of £100, was allowed.
