Dissolution of Parliament By Royal Decree. ELECTIONS IN MARCH. (Received 2.30 p.m.) BUCHAREST, January 18. King Carol signed a Royal decree dissolving Parliament and providing for election of the Chamber of Deputies on March 2. and for the Senate o ■ March -4. The new Parliament will assemble on March 10.
