It appears, however, that good pro-rrro.-s is being made with the preliminary work in connection with the new Court, and the district engineer of the Public Works Department, Mr. R. H. Paekwood, said this morning that the plans which were being prepared in Wellington were well advanced. On the last estimates a sum of £3000 was provided on account for the building. Tho amount required to complete the structure will be £23,000.
