STOPPED WORK.

400 WOOL STORE HANDS. DISSATISFIED WITH WAGES! (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. Dissatisfied at the failure of the Arbitration Court to announce some definite decision in connection with their award, 400 wool store workers in Napier ceased work at 1 o'clock this afternoon after a lunch-hour meeting. It is anticipated that a definite statement will be made by the secretary later this afternoon, but in the meantime he refuses to comment. It is common knowledge, however, that the men are dissatisfied with the existing wage position.
