JOYS OF SHIPWRECK.

CREW RAID SHIP'S BAR. (Received 9.30 a.m.) MANILA, December 17. Several passengers from the wrecked liner President Hoover have complained that a dozen of the crew entered the ship's bar and became intoxicated while passengers were ashore on Hoishoto Island, where the vessel struck. Thereafter the men also went ashore sinking boisterously. The remainder of the crew, however, efficiently performed their duties.
