The policc have announced the arrest of Arthur Kent, an alleged Communist leader, his wife, and Tom Johnson, a C.1.0. official, charged with burglary. Property, valued at many thousands of dollars, taken from scores of Beverly Hills homes, was also seized. Kent declared that this represented "compulsory social taxation."
