[ I was greatly impressed by an article in your paper of Friday last. '"Youth Despairs." by "Forthright." 1 am 31 years of a<rc and have certain qualifications and ek;>erien*~e. but cannot get a jK»sition despite good references, [etc.. and I find an answer in your arti.-le. namely, to seek employment overseas, but the | point is 11 -a t the present condition is the [most serious, as the figures quoted that an inquiry into the present -tale of affairs | should be instituted.
