Mr. Justice O'Regan left Auckland last night for Wellington.

Mr. H. ,T. Kelliher, accompanied by Mrs. Kelliher. arrived in Auckland front Wellington liv air vesterdav.

Mr. 11. Ci. Buckleton. of Wellington, returned South by the Limited express lust night.

Mr. Justice Reed, judge of the Supreme Court, was a passenger by the Limited express from Wellington this morning.

Mr. \\ . P. Endean, M.P., accompanied by Mrs. Kndean, were passengers by the Limited express last night for Wnnganui.

Mr. 11. flatty, special representative of Pan-American Airways in New Zealand and Australia, has returned to Auckland from Wellington.

Lieutenant S. R. Le H. Lombard Hubson, R.X., newly appointed Aide-de-t'atnp to his. Excellency the GovernorGeneral, lx>rd Galway, arrived in Auckland from Wellington by the Limited ex press this morning.

Mr. A. K. Flower, who for many years bus been a master at Christ's College, Christchureh. retires at the end of the year. Members of the Christ's College Old Boys' Association made hiin a presentation.

Mr. F. W. Wilson, of Auckland, who arrived in Wellington by the Rangitane from London on Thursday, returned to Auckland this morning. He was accompanied by Mrs. Wilson and their two daughters, with whom he attended the Coronation in London, and also visited -Norway, Sweden and Ireland.

Sergeant-Major J. F. Gallagher, R.V.Z.A.. of Hamilton, has been transferred to Auckland, and Sergeant N. Oran has been promoted to the vacancy. At a parade of the second medium battery last evening Major E. F. Clayton Greene, on behalf of the battery, presented Sergeant-Major Gallagher with a silver teaset.

Mr. Oscar Xatzke, a young New Zealander who was sent to" Trinity College, London, by a number of Auckland citizens, recently won a special priz.e for the l>est pupil in the college, with 04 marks out of 100, the highest number of points that has ever been attained in this particular examination, according to advice from London.

Mr. A. rraij,' Williams, of Napier. who has been studying at the College of Aeronautical Engineering in Ix>rnlon. lias passed his three final examinations, gaining 100 per cent in each, thus setting up an unbeatable record for the college! Early in the New Year Mr. to join the staff of the British Airway, Limited, at Croydon.
