POLYNESIAN CLUB MEMBER.

Miss T£ina Johns, who ha 9 been paying a short visit to New Zealand, returned to Sydney by the Niagara this week. Miss Johns, whose broadcasts and concert work, chiefly of Maori songs, are weir known on both sides of the Tasman, hopes to pay another visit to New Zealand a.fter the Australian sesquicentennial celebrations, during which she will be very busy. The Polynesian Club in Sydney, in whose work she is interested, is expecting many of its Island members a 9 visitors during that time, and plans a series of social functions, as well as lectures and the study of such things a-s traditional music and arts.
