Five districts at least will be represented at the annual country week tourney to be held between Christmas and New Year, reported Mr. W. G. Miller. Teams had entered from Cambridge, Waipa, Putaruru, Rodney and Franklin, and, necessary, an Auckland team will be fielded to avoid the bye.

The tourney will be held either at the Domain or at the North Shore ground. Messrs. R. Blennerhaaset and D. V. Moore were appointed managers.

In view of the approaching representative games it waa decided to bring the honours board in the Eden Park ( pavilion up to <fote by adding to it the performances of the Auckland players on the recent English tour.

It waa decided to circularise clubs that unless public announcement waa made by noon on Saturdays that matches had been abandoned, players were to understand that games would be played. There had been considerable confusion over this in' the past.
