WRIT ON SILASSIE.
SOLICITOR'S ACCEPTANCE. (Received 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 24. The solicitors of Haile Silassie have accepted service of Mr. Leo Chertok's writ, but have given notice of their intention to apply to the Courts to have it set aside. They contend that Silassie is, still a sovereign and therefore is exempt from legal pVoceedings.
