CRASH INTO LORRY.

Serious injuries to hie head and concussion were suffered by a cyclist, Ronald Wallis Mitchell, aged 18, of 27, Mount Pleasant Road, Mount Eden, whpn he crashed into a motor lorry shortly after four o'clock yesterday afternoon. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John ambulance. His condition had improved a little this morning. Hβ appeared to lose control when riding down Mount Pleasant Road. His cycle crashed into the lorry, which was proceeding along Dominion Road toward Balmoral, and he Htruck his head heavily against the side of the vehicle. The lorry was driven l>y Mr. Ronald Fraider, of May Road, I Mount Roskill.
The injured youth, who has been in Auckland only a few days, is employed by the Railway Department in Auckland, while his father resides at Naumai.
