PETER PAN.
Dance patrons attended in large numbers at the Peter Pan Cabaret on Saturday evening, and expressed their hearty enjoyment of. the programme provided by Lauri Paddi and his talented band. The inclusion of popular old-time melodies found ready appreciation from the dancers, and modern "show" numbers were syncopated with lively effect,to add variation to the programme.
Jazz waltzes and slow and quick foxtrots were the order of the evening, and Johnny Madden's vocal contributions again evoked hearty applause. He •scored an outstanding success in '-'Rehearsing a Lullaby," a haunting rhythmical measure in whieh the members of the band effectively co-operated.
