With a first innings lead of 69, the New Zealand cricket team resumed its match with Victoria this morning. Fourteen rune had been scored on Saturday for one wicket (J. L. Kerr 5), and Vivian (4) and Parsloe (4) were together at stumps. After several overs the total was 20, and the second-wicket partnership intact. Scores:— VICTORIA. First innings 141 NEW ZEALAND.
