WILL GERMANY ACT AGAINST AUSTRIA?

ANXIETY SHOWN.

Plan to Dominate Central

Europe.

REMOVING DR. SCHUSCHNIGG

Onited Press Association.—Copyrlsrht. (Received 11.30 a n: i LONDON, November 12. "Anxiety is felt regarding indications that Germany is about to start her long-expected diplomatic offensive for domination of Central and South-Eastern Europe,. beginning with action against Austria," said Sir Arthur Willert, former Foreign Office expert, in a special N.A.N.A. interview.

"A grave view is taken,'' he continued, "of an inspired statement from Berlin scolding Austria for her unfriendliness to fJermaiiy. It is not regarded as a precursor to violent action against Austria, but as a first step in a careful campaign to subordinate Vienna to Berlin.

"It is believed that the next stop will he an effort to make the Austrian Chancellor, Dr. Kurt Schuschnipg. to include Austrian Nazis in his Cabinet.

"Intensification of Nazi agitation would ensue, leading to a political crisis in which Dr. Schuschnigg would he eliminated and a Nazi Government, at the berk and call of Berlin, would be formed."
