The Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association will hold the first of its series of three scratch race meetings to-morrow. The meeting will be staged on the Western Springs Stadium at 2.W p.m., and the riders have been graded Into four sections:— A GRADE. 1000 Metres Time Trial (order of starting).—A. G. Patrick, M. P. Campbell, C. J. ITetherington. In the time trial and sprint races the clubs whose riders gain placings will receive three points for first place, two for second and one for third place. All the distance races will be decided with a sprint each, third lap for points, and the rider gaining the most points will be the winner, irrespective of whether he wins the final In the distance events riders must finish or forfeit points gained.
