NO EMPIRE HINTS GIVEN. LOXDOX, November 10. Xo communication has been received! from any Dominion in reference to the' German colonies, the Under-Secretary for the Dominions, the Marquess of Hartington, told Mr. G. le M. Mander (Lib., Wolverhanipton) in the House of Commons to-day. In regard to colonies considered for retrogression to Germany, the Undersecretary had no information other than that appearing in the Press. The general attitude of the Dominion Governments, he added, was well known.
