Lavish Entertaining for King Of the Belgians. ROUND OF BIG FUNCTIONS. ! British Official Wireless. (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, November 5. The Duke of Gloucester will meet the King of the Belgians on his arrival at Dover and will travel with him to Victoria Station, London, where the King and other members of the Royal Family, the Prime Minister and members of the Government will welcome him.

The two Kings will drive together in a carriage procession to Buckingham Palace. Later, King Leopold will visit Queen Mary at Marlborough House.

The King and Queen will give a State banquet in their Royal visitor's honour at Buckingham Palace in the evening. King Leopold will entertain Their Majesties to dinner at the Belgian Embassy the next evening, and Their Majesties will afterwards give a ball at Buckingham Palace.

There will be many other State and civic functions.
