RAOBOOVMS TRESPASSER.

Halligan had twice previously been fined for trespassing on racecourses, so he knew he was doing wrong on this occasion, said Mr. McHugh. Stating that he was working and doing bis best, and that he left the course immediately when warned by Detective Roddick, Halligan was lined £3 and costs 10/.
