NORTHERN ROLLER MILLS.

NO INTERIM DIVIDEND. The following Is a copy of a circular issued to shareholders in Northern Roller Milling Company:— At our last annual meeting we notified otir shareholders that we did not propose to pay a dividend unless our profits improved. While our returns for the first six months of this year show .a decided improvement in our trading position ns compared with the first six months of last year, yet we feel that it would not be good policy to pay an interim dividend, and* have decided to wait the full year's return before making any recommendation to the shareholders."
