METROPOLITAN GUN CLUB
The Metropolitan Gun Club held a trophy skeet-shoot at Mangere. There was a good attendance and several high scores were registered. The flrat round fired for Mr. C. A. Whitney's trophy resulted as follows:—R H Mackay, 17. 8—25; F. C. Huntley, 20, 4—' 24; A. E. Bobinson. 22, 0—22; D. P North 21, 1—22; C. E. Hodge, 18, 4—22; R G White, 20, 0—20; A. U Byrne, 18 2-120 : fo A - , Whitn «y. 13 > 8—19; W. H. Wilson] 10, ij lty. In the second round for a spoon donated by Mr. F. H. Seccombe, R. G White returned 23 off the grun, which Is equal to the club record. The next highest wereD. P. North, A. E. Robinson 21, C E Hodge, 20; R, H. Mackay, 19; W H. Wilson. F. H. Seccombe, 18.
