WRESTLER INJURED.

i FRENCHMAN IN HOSPITAL*

Suffering from concussion, Francis Fouche, the French wrestler, was admitted to the Auckland Hospital last night in a serious condition after his bout with Joe Woods. He spent a good night and is now reported to be not serious. Early in the fifth round Fouche was forearm-jolted by Woods and then slammed for a body press which ended the bout. He failed, to recover and lay in the ring for some time receiving attention from his seconds. He was later taken to hospital by St. John ambulance.
