The recalling of Legislative councillors to-morrow, when they had expected a fortnight's adjournment, created great interest, and a crop of rumours as to the reason fur the Government caucus this morning added to speculation. But an a matter of fact the question involving the mooting of t lie Legislative Council was not under discussion.
'"There is nothing mystepous about it, ,, said the l'rime Minister, the Kt. Hon. M. J. Savage, with a smile when asked to explain the reason of the LegiMlativp councillorM , return.
